                          Artenas Group restructures for future Growth

 
  Artenas Group today advised that whereas core 
  profitability for the financial year to June 2009 is
  expected to be ahead of previous indications, the
  Board has decided to provide an amount of circa
  $113 million against final resolution of its legacy
                                    projects .
